Love this faucet
Sleek looking and easy to use, brushed gold provides a nice update to our otherwise outdated bathroom. Priced well. The water flow is really strong but adjusts easily with the lever style handle. Install was easy – flexible tubing easily attached to the water valves. Took 5 minutes max.

Working great after two years. Good looking, great flow. Puts the water in the middle of the sink, right where you want it.The aerators are not available at hardware stores, but the seller can supply them. The tip of the faucet unscrews to give access to the aerators. Use some vice grips (gentle pressure) with rubber to unscrew without scratching or damage.These work perfectly with this rectangular sink: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZSQH6GB

Amazing customer service!
Cute, functional piece that looks amazing in our remodeled bathroom.We had it for a year and a half before we noticed the aerator was getting really clogged and water flow was slow and weak. We had been cleaning it every once in awhile with white vinegar, but we couldn’t get it back to the flow strength it had originally. We searched local hardware stores to find a replacement aerator and had trouble because this is a smaller size than the average American faucet. I reached out to the company here on Amazon and asked where to get one or if I could buy one from them, and they said they’d send me one for free. It took a few weeks because it came from China, but imagine my delight when I opened the package to find not one, but ten replacement aerators in there! All for free! We should be set for many years now. Absolutely fabulous customer service, if you ask me!

Faucet Works Great – Pop-up Drain not so well
The faucet looks and works great – easy to install – seems well made. However, the pop-up drain that comes with it is set up for a double hull (overflow) sink and as such it didn’t work for my single hull glass sink bowl. The throat of the pop-up is too deep to allow for a thinner single hull sink.

Very reasonable price and great look
I got 6 of them replace most of the old faucets in the bathrooms throughout the house, use two of them everyday. They holds up very well, no leaks and other issues.The water flow is great and it shoots out at an angle, unlike many other faucets that shoots the water straight down. It is a little loud when it is on but it does not both us at all.The install is very easy.

Already leaking, just installed!!
This faucet was just installed, not been used yet (regularly) and it is already leaking!! There is a slow drop leak in all positions. Very disappointing

Modern simple faucet design that makes any bathroom sink look fantastic. At approximately quarter of the cost of a Moen or Delta tall sink faucet, this really is a grtbang for buck solution.I’m not sure in terms of longevity, but if this lasts 5 years I would be very happy. My Delta faucet lasted 5 years only . Only time will tell.The only thing that is someone disconcerting is that the lever is a little bit too easy to maneuver. Moen and Delta and Hansgeohe faucets have more smooth stiffer action. But this one is looser feel whilst still being rather smooth … I hope this won’t be a problem in the future.The water outfit is extremely high pressure. Very satisfying compared to the ” water saver” low flow faucets that are ubiquitous.So far so good.

The pop up drain is missing from the package which was the whole reason I chose this faucet set over others. To make matters worse there is this ugly silver writing on the top of the faucet that is not shown in any of the images of the product. So disappointing.
