Great lights!
Beautiful! I stalled without issue. The Allen wrench is too small for the set screws so be aware of that. I love these lights! Customer service was great to work with. Origionally ordered white but decided to go with black. I was outside of my return window but they allowed me to return refunded me so I could order the black. Getting an extra box just in case one goes out down the road. Overall 100% satisfied.

Cast a very nice light. Being able to choose the brightness is nice. Motion works great. Easy install. Well unless you had to run wire but that was fun.

Buyer beware. Bad product with even worse customer service
Buyer beware. If I could assign negative stars, I would. This product shows it has a five-year warranty that no one wants to honor.You will get absolutely no customer Support on the product.This product stopped working one and a half years after purchase. I called the manufacturer, ASD, only to be told they don’t sell directly to Amazon. They sell directly to Smart Lighting Solutions, who ASD says manages the Amazon store. I called Smart Lighting Solutions only to be told they did not sell the product on Amazon and they incorrectly listed as the seller on Amazon. I then called Amazon and was told they have contacted the seller and I will hear from the seller within 48 hours. I asked to be provided the name of the Seller and the Amazon representative refused to provide it to me. Of course, the Amazon representative also said that I could purchase a new light.

An excellent retrofit stair light.
This permanently installed stair light is bright! We installed them in two stairwells and also as a night light in a powder room that had no natural light. The fixtures are as minimal as could be short of being recessed completely into the wall. The color temperature choices helped use match the light output to other lighting inside our house. So far they have been completely reliable. Since the light output on these units is not dimmable, keep in mind that at night if they are too bright, you can’t adjust the output. Only drawback in my opinion is that the dusk to dawn sensor is not sensitive enough and on cloudy days they stay on all day. Not a big deal since each light uses only 3 watts.

Can you tell which one doesn’t belong?
In theory, these are decent lights. Smaller than what I was expecting (but then again, I didn’t choose them) and they were quite difficult to install. Not on the fault of the product; when you have a finished basement and trying to connect it to a live wire in a house built in the early 70’s, made it a bit more challenging. Soon, it all came together, but to find that 1) the top light never shuts off even if the door is closed, 2) if you’re downstairs, not even near the steps and you look at them, they turn on and off constantly and 3) one of the lights is not a warm white so it just looks WEIRD! We’re in the process of selling and did not have time to redo everything that we started, so kept it. Given the chance again, these would not be my first choice.

Great lighting for theater steps!
Super simple installation. Made to fit into a standard electrical outlet box. Screw fittings match up perfectly.The selectable color temperature option is great. I set mine at 5k, which I would rate as “pure white”. No blueish tint at all.An LED rated dimmer will dim these lights all the way down to “off”. The lights have ample light in their full on position.Very well built. I couldn’t have made a better choice.

Le boitier de l’une des 4 lumières ne peut être ouvert car la vis Allen a été rivée. L’emballage de celui-ci démontrait qu’elle avant déjà été vendu à une personne qui l’a probablement retournée et nous, on l’a reçue. Nous aimerions retourner cet article et en recevoir 1 autre car il nous en faut quatre. Je crois que la personne qui l’avait a forcé le boitier car des signes évidents apparaissent sur le couvercle.
