Damn good lighting solution
These are a great setup, I like everything about it. I have 2 gripes I’ll save for the end. The knockouts don’t need a tool to remove. It comes with 4 port push in wire nuts. The pigtail to the light is king enough that you can push the box out of the way in the attic. The lights are nice, plenty bright, 5 color settings and handle dimming ok.My 2 gripes: the edges of the electrical box are razor sharp and I’ve been constantly worried about cutting my hands. And, the 1200 lumen lights are WAY too bright for a bedroom with an 8 foot ceiling. I’ve got my dimmers set to 25% and should have gone with 800 lumen lights. Still, this is a great product.

Significant savings for solid product over big box store items
I gut renovated my entire home, with just under 100 of these lights being installed. They worked great overall, had one defective out of the box with a light color toggle missing, which the box still works, but is at the 2700 color only. Other item was quality control between boxes. With the 5 boxes ordered, I had 5 different configurations of the cables, so after applying the InSure cable connectors I made the mistake of mixing the lights in one set of boxes and electrical boxes in another to make my process easier; I thought. This caused trouble later when I was attaching the actual lights as I had to go up a ladder and see that I needed a “female with tab and screw cap” or a “male with flat end, no screw cap,” or different configuration of such, go back down the ladder, sort through the lights to find the configuration needed and then go back up the ladder to attach. Considering 100 of these from HD or Lowes would of run me $2,500 vs these costing all told <$600, I'm of the opinion it was a great investment as they look indistinguishable once installed.
