Great solution for high humidity states/ islands. a fraction you’d pay for whole house builtins
I had a A/C guy come in and estimate $6200 to isntall a whole house dehumidifier. I moved to northwest Florida from Maine and I was told the humidity in the summer was a killer. I viewed houses with a realtor and saw living proof of mold and nned to gut or tear down some houses.I set this at 55% stuck the drain tube down the washing machine drain and aimed it at the central air input duct. It makes the same amount of noise my AC/heat does. Sometimes I can’t tell whcih one is on. I have a DR Horton home with a tiny laundry room. Great solution and is almost unnoticeable.

Excellent Commercial Dehu
I have had three of these and they work phenomenally. Used in commercial spaces the pump is critical so you don’t have to just rely on gravity draining. They are quiet and pull a lot of moisture out just as advertised.

Good unit, bad software app
The unit itself is well built, and does a good job of keeping my 400 sq ft basement dry. However, I give 3 stars because the software that’s meant to be used for it (Alorair-R-lite) stopped working once my phone updated to iOs 18. The app just shows a frown face, and ‘we’re sorry…’ I requested an update from them months ago and they have not replied or updated. One of the reasons I went with this model was because of the ability to monitor it remotely.The menu is a bit clunky to navigate also.

App is terrible and does not work
I’ve tried everything and app doesn’t work. Three tries and 3 hours of my life wasted. Checked many different help pages on the company site. Watched 5 videos. Sick of trying and I’ve given up. I have physical limitations so I can’t repack this and send it back.I will add that the actual dehumidifier function is excellent. A good product. But the app is a train wreck.

Worth the money, Love it…….
Before I bought this dehumidifier I used to open my 3 car garage door and my classic car and motorcycle was completely wet. I couldn’t believe it, here in Michigan we do have hot and humid days but I couldn’t believe the amount of moisture inside my garage. So now after 10 minutes of setting up my $2000 dehumidifier for the first time I don’t have to worry if my cars and bikes are getting moisture on and the underside stay dry. I love ,love this thing. Don’t tell the wife how much you paid for it but I’ll never do without it. Yes it is a little loud but after the humidity drops it doesn’t run continuously. I only had it about a month but I give it 5 stars. Great heavy duty product.

Great new technology
Was worried about packaging back but it came in a well protected box With insulation . The units is well put together and sturdy. The unit is To maneuver and has big wheels to go through any terrain. The unit is powerful but yet not loud to disrupt sleep or everyday life .now to my favorite part is the technology the app is easy to navigate and the reading and very accurate and reliable. The filter is easy to access and change when needed .I would definitely recommend it to mitigation companies or even home owners for large crawl spaces.

Not compatible with new iPhones or ipads
Bought the unit due to the Wi-Fi capabilities,After two days of trying to connect with Wi-Fi I finally get a call back for customer support saying it’s not compatible for Apple products at this time , maybe in about 4 months they will have the software updated. So not remotely monitoring for me. Thanks for listening this on the description, but it was not!!

I love this Dehumidifier!
I just bought my fourth dehumidifier from Alorair. They are all amazing! I use a lot of dehumidifiers in my restoration line of work. I really love this newest one that I just purchased, the AlorAir 180, it has built in wheels for easy transport and wifi so I can control the unit from afar. Alorair machines are seriously all built like tanks (really). They really do an amazing job keeping the humidity right where I need it.I highly recommend any of their units! RH.
