Great value
Great little pellet heater. This is not what I would call high-end but it’s plenty good quality for the price point. For the occasional use mine will see this is a terrific buy. Went together well, though instructions mislabeled the screws but that was easily recognized. Assembly took me about an hour by myself. It doesn’t radiate as much heat as I was hoping, but again for the price point we have a very nice heater for our covered patio, and it’s really pretty when burning

A great buy
This was the heater that choose for my deck after a long search. I tried my pellet patio heater on the deck this thanksgiving weekend, and it was such a vibe. I did need to buy the pellets separately (and a little lighter fluid to get it going), but once it fired up, it turned into a mini heat machine. Super warm, super cozy, and honestly way more fun than dealing with propane tanks. Perfect for chilly nights and hanging out outside a little longer.

I’ve always wanted a patio heater, but I didn’t want the gas one as I think they put off a smell and changing the tank frequently isn’t ideal for my needs. So I was really excited when I saw this pellet patio heater with the glass viewing window. It has an outdoor fireplace look and the overall aesthetic that I was going for. I’m usually pretty good at putting things together, but this one was a bit of a challenge to install, as some of the parts were not labeled correctly, but I eventually figured it out thanks to another reviewer’s great direction. Overall the quality seems sturdy and it looks great. I like the heat that it puts out once it gets going and it works well. It does get hot, so if you have little ones or curious pets you’ll need to be careful, but no more than the regular fire pit that we already use. Overall I really like it and think it is a good buy.

Really good value nicely built, I’m very impressed and it made a lovely addition to our deck. Very easy to use so you can spend more time enjoying the warmth. My only wish was that it had more visual area but I am happy with this purchase.

Buy Propane heater instead
Not worth the money! Does not get hot, I have a propane heater that is rated for 50,000 BTU and it is much better and cheaper. Missing parts!

Amazing little pellet heater! Far better than propane!
This little pellet heater packs quite the punch! This was definitely amazing to have for Halloween night! We passed out candy and scared people but here in iowa a Halloween night means winter coats it’s so cold. We got this to use outdoors but figured it’s first use could definitely be nice on Halloween. This kept us all insanely warm! It actually burnt through pellets slower than I thought and lasted the whole night. Putting it out became kind of an issue because the handle to essentially block off and stop the feed of the pellets came pre-installed and mine keeps jamming when in the up and feed position and is a whole fight to get it to get back in and down there’s not enough space between the slots idk if I need to loosen a bolt or what but while it was running we tried to jam it down and almost knocked it over. It was pretty dinged up and scratched and for the price I’m pretty picky and would like my item to look new for me to ding up myself especially when it’s a chunk of change. I had some holes that weren’t lined up perfectly and did make assembly a bit difficult in some ways I ended up having to pull out my drill to get things done and tight. It was easy to assemble for the most part other than my bolts being completely mis-labled and figuring it out by common sense. I got the bottom together in my living room and the two top pieces and just attatched it out side. I was able to carry it by myself down steps so it’s not super heavy! Once outside the convince of the wheels really made all the difference I do wish there was like a small handle to help with maneuvering. It’s a great little unit and definetly kept us more than warm! Do keep in mind, it’s metal and it’s hot and once that flame gets rolling the whole unit is HOT be sure to keep small hands from touching! This looks amazing outside and to top it off A 40lb bag of pellets is far cheaper than propane or kerosene for sure! I would definitely purchase again if the opportunity presented itself!
