This is a pretty decent carpenter square that has worked well for me. For the different projects that I have done it has done a good enough job for me to keep it. It seems to be pretty durable and I’ve not had any issues with it getting banged up while working.

Perfect Square! Lighter Than Others.
I have a few framing squares. All of the others are thicker and a little heavier. Which ones are more durable is debatable. What I like about this one is that the measurements are easier to read and seem considerably more accurate. The edges seem more smooth d accurate as well: It seems that this this tool can offer more precision than my others that I have acquired over the years. I have a few since I will generally keep one at the place where I an doing the carpentry, and then another at the location where I am doing the cutting (miter saw, or table saw. I like the look of this one better, but since it looks so nice, I do not want to drop it and keep it at my chop saw (miter saw).

Simple Can be Best
Solid aluminum with increment markings etched into tool. I’ve tested this square for, well, being square, and it is exactly right on. For that matter, all length and angle markings are dead on accurate. Solid packaging and it came with 2 pencils. Never enough pencils!
