This fans moves a tremendous amount of air, even on the lowest speed setting.
Pros:Sleek looking, very quiet, and moves a tremendous amount of air (even on the lowest setting), DC motor, color and intensity adjustable light with glass dome, multiple length down rods. I have had many fans in the past, from expensive to cheap, this is one of the better ones I have owned.Cons:The remote control does not come with a cradle, oddly enough it does come with wall anchors and screws for a cradle… but no cradle. (We bought 2 of them and neither had a cradle). We just noticed this due to a power outage… when the fans loses power and it is restored, the light comes on. (even when it was off before the power outage). Blades are a soft wood and can be marred easily, so be gentle during the installation.Installation: I have installed ten’s of fan in the past, I did not find this one to be any easier or harder than others. You may need to balance the fan for it’s highest speed, ours had a slight wobble which corrected easily by following instructions and adding self sticking weight.The application: We have not tried to control the fan using the application, so cannot comment on it.Overall: My wife and I are very happy with the fans and plan to order two more for another house. I have actually had to turn the fan off in the great room, in the early morning because I got too cold, and I rarely get cold.

Well it only took me two months to get around to getting this up in my kitchen and I have to say it’s looks vastly better than my old fan!My only issue is this easily spins like a propeller vs a fan, and as such it’s not that easy to balance (and mine needed balancing). The typical clip on balancer pieces really need to be stretched to get on the blades. I had my own concerns they may mar the softer wood of the blades so I bought an aftermarket kit and will tape on the little weights until it’s balanced.
