Good quality and nice size.
I needed to secure 6″x6″ timbers and I like using screws to do jobs of securing wood projects. I got these and they did the job just great. But you need long drill bits for them which I have for just such things. Just be careful drilling as you may snap the drill bit if you push too hard. You also need to pull out to clear the bit from drilled wood. I just thought I would add this. The screws themselves are sturdy and it is great that they come with a bit to screw them in so you don’t have to find one.

Excellent quality hardware!
These drive great. I have used about 200 of them so far in two retaining wall projects with 6×6 treated lumber and they truly do not require any predrilling. I have had zero issues. They dig right into the wood. I would recommend a corded drill for longer screws like mine. (10 inch) The screws also come with a driver bit, so if you don’t have the right size on hand you won’t have to run out and buy one. Over 200 driven and zero broken. Quite impressive!
