Look great. Work great!
Love these. I’ve always thought it was gross having to touch a soap dispenser after using the restroom! Bought 2 for me and 1 for my adult children because I thought it would be fun and encouraging for their toddlers when learning to wash their hands! They are nicely made, look great in the bathroom and I love that they are recharge and you can set the amount of soap to dispenser. Work perfectly with JR Watkins foaming hand soap refill pouches that you can purchase on Amazon!

Not good.
This does not work. I thought that the beauty of this product was that you do not have to touch it every time you want to wash your hands. The fact is, you still have touch the power button to turn it on. It does not stay on when not in use. Also, it does not dispense foam. I used regular liquid soap and water as directed but it only dispensed thickened water. I put foaming soap in it and it was reduced to the same consistency…thick water.

Provides very nice foam
Received these overnight to replace a different brand soap dispenser that had finally died.The item is lighter weight than the previous one, which I like. I was unsure how to open the item to put soap into the reservoir, so I asked a question and received an immediate answer from the seller. I then noticed that the instructions were indicated by a diagram on the box itself. Oops.The item itself works beautifully. It’s very quiet and foams very well. This was for a foaming soap dispenser.I have attached a video of the foam coming out of the dispenser. This is at level two and it is with a foam mixture that I make using one part soap to 3 1/2 parts of water. So far works very well and is very nice and quiet. I will post again with the longevity of this device.

Clogged tube can easily clear up
***UPDATED REVIEW***So here’s the deal, I originally gave this product 1 star because the automatic soap dispenser kept gurgling out bubbles and liquid soap – NOT foam, as it’s supposed to. I tried and tried, but the dispenser just wouldn’t dispense foam. I was getting ready to package it for return, when, on a whim, I took the upper portion and stuck it over a glass of water. Then I placed my hand underneath the dispenser, and whaddaya know? FOAM!! (See my video demo.)Then I realized what happened. There was nothing necessarily wrong with the soap dispenser’s mechanism. Either there was too much liquid soap in the tube and not enough water because I did not mix them well, OR there were bubbles in the tube blocking the flow. All I needed to do was clear the tube with water by sticking the top portion of the dispenser over a glass of water, and putting my hand underneath the sensor to dispense the foam.Based on additional research, here’s what I learned: GENTLY mix 1:4 ratio of liquid soap to water by using a spoon. Do not shake or vigorously mix. Avoid creating bubbles which can clog the tube. Should the dispenser not properly dispense foam, just do what I did with the glass of water trick. At any rate, I am now enjoying this product and everything works great: the button to increase or decrease the amount of foam that comes out, as well as the power indicator light. Another thing to keep in mind is, the container is not as large as it appears. Only the bottom half contains the liquid soap/water mixture. The top half is the entire mechanism. I would have bumped the rating up to 5 stars. But I dinged the product for not including better instructions in the event the dispenser does not properly dispense foam. Aside from that, this is a good buy for the price. I recommend you give it a try.
