Works well, easy install
I find it works very well with all glassware, mugs, and Stanley and Yeti mugs. It easily rinses tall water bottles too.Took me about an hour to install but would have taken about 30 min because i had to disconnect some drain plumbing to get access. The video makes it very clear.I would suggest you adjust the water pressure with cutoff valve. I found it took a fair amount of pressure to push down the disc when I had the valve completely open. I adjusted it to make sure there was enough pressure to completely rinse tall water bottles.The spring on the valve is a bit stiff. The only concern I have is with delicate crystal wine glasses. For these I push down on the valve with my free hand.

Works as intended
Love this! We thought it leaked but just needed a few tightening areas and it works great and no leakage. Love that the sprayer comes out so the base can be cleaned. Our counters were new so they cut the hole for the size of a sprayer/soap dispenser and it fur perfectly.

Proper tools for installation
Works as advertised. Make sure the spout has proper clearance or you’ll have water pooling at the bottom on your countertop.

Not 2 bad not 2 great.
Seems to be built well, on occasion it binds up and low pressure comes out and you have to press it a couple of times. Other than that it seems to work well.

Horrible design!
This only works when installed directly onto a thin sink. Not a countertop! The 10° wedge makes the top o-ring not seal which means water under your sink. If they were smart they would make another 10° wedge that goes on top of the basin under the o-ring so the pressure pulling down goes straight down instead of needing to point at a 10° angle. You can’t even use a sealant to fix it, because it won’t clamp down tight enough to not wiggle around and eventually lose the seal.If you plan to use this (like I did) with a granite countertop and under-mount sink, plan on not using the wedge or being disappointed.

it’s big, very clean and pretty and a basic set up- i love the hose attachment and the fact that the spinner looking attachment comes off! the water pressure seems to be strong and it is sturdy. our last cup washer only lasted two years so i hope this lasts much longer! it seems much more well made. 🙂 it’s also a small business! i love that.

Leaks!
The pictured threaded connector leaks. It also cannot be tightened properly by hand and lacks a nut to tighten with tools. I thought I had it but it only lasted 2 days before quietly springing a leak and nearly turning into a major homeowners insurance claim. I’ve followed the directions I’ve also tried using plumbers tape and replacing the rubber gaskets. Still won’t seal properly. At this point even if I get it sealed I don’t think I will ever be able to trust it will stay.Update: I did finally get it to not leak. Upgrading my rating accordingly. It functions well now. Just be cautious with that connector.
