Easy install! Moves a lot of air! Super quiet. The picture is from the top. I am remodeling both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs so the pic is looking through the floor upstairs to the downstairs fan.

Cheap quality
I just got my 12” fan today. I open it up, take it out of the packaging and I hear pieces rattling inside of the fan box. There were extra terminal connections that were just left inside. Then I noticed it was missing 4 screws that keep the fan mounted inside of the metal housing. The light looks cheap. Definitely not wasting my time installing this. I will be returning unfortunately.

ONLY attaches directly to ceiling
Before you buy, understand that this fan is meant to be screwed into the ceiling, rather than the joist/truss above. They do not provide anchors, and the instructions are minimal and poorly translated.The exhaust port Is short, making connecting to a duct tricky. They do provide duct clamps.It’s lightweight and kinda flimsy but it’s in and it works. Just make sure you know what you’re doing when attaching to ceiling — wood screws in Sheetrock or plaster is not going to last. Use anchors.
