Nice Rope Lights
I was going to return because they looked more cool white than warm white which is what I wanted I waited till night and plugged them in and they are infact warm white to my surprise It’s a smaller rope but looks great and very bright Really lights up my side yard. Glad I bought. I only needed one 100 ft to do my fence but will save the other one for later The only thing I wish is that they had a soft twinkle that could stay on that mode instead of cycling through all the modes so I just set it on the still mode which it does have that. I’m happy over all.

Great Customer Service
These lights work just as described and look great along my back fence. I am writing this review, however, to highlight the excellent customer support I received. I bought these lights just over a year ago to replace a set that had been hung up for years and finally wore out. There is a 1 year warranty on this item and unfortunately, within 30 days after the warranty, the lights stopped working. I was very disappointed and decided to reach out and see if the company was willing to offer a replacement. They were extremely prompt and easy to work with. I tried multiple trouble shooting approaches and provided pictures and without hesitation they were willing to send a replacement. I’m completely satisfied with their service and although it is a pain to have product break immediately after warranty, it is pleasant to find a company that is willing to stand behind their product and make it right. I hope to enjoy this set for as long as possible and will definitely use this company in the future for my additional purchases.

Nice LED Rope Lights!
These LED rope lights are a great deal. There be is nothing cheap about them. I bought the 50 ft warm white model. They are high quality with the lights encased is a thick round clear plastic tube that’s close to 3/8” in size diameter. The switch/controller is heavy duty plastic with a waterproof switch button. Very easy to operate the different effects. The lights are bright, simple to use, and look great at night.

8 modes module causing failures
I bought 3 rolls of these lights 100′ 720 LED on 11/17/2024, 150′ 1080 LED 11/17/2024 and 100′ 720 LED 10/25/2024. They all worked great the first Christmas season without any problems. They even worked the first couple of nights this season. Now I think all of the plugs are shot because of the little white box which controls the modes sparked/shorted-out causing a burnt smell. Now every time I plug them in one of the fuses blows. I even taped up the plug to help avoid water from getting it, but still no luck. I just read one post saying you cannot connect them together. Anyone know if that’s true because I have mine connected together. Is there a way to bypass that control module and keep one of the modes set? I also tried looking for replace plugs without any luck. Also, I should mention these are 3 wire rope lights and not the typical two.update: I’m trying to get the plug from the seller, but seems they do not sell them. So I’m asking about their supplier to see if I can at least get one that way I can try and waterproof it myself. Now I have 3 strands completely dead. 🙁

This product is no use at all – it doesn’t have a 3 pin plug for the UK.It does not look new either – inside the box, the reel it is not wrapped up and looks like it’s already been opened. I bought another one, which was correctly wired and it was wrapped up inside the box.Not that t makes any difference as it will not plug in, but It doesn’t have a spare fuse either.
