I LOVE EVERYTHING WOWKK!
I am a retired business owner who was a manufacturer for over 3 decades. My post-retirement position is Material Managers for a GC that does residential and commercial remodeling projects as well as multi-family units. Everyone always wants the strong brand names like Delta and it was challenging to changing minds away from this. The quality of the components, is amazing and it is an incredible value for the price. The sound design is simplistic yet stylish and is offered in all finishes! The customer service, especially from Kelly, always exceeds my expectation. Last year Kelly worked with us on the need to incorporate a thermostatic valve to comply with the plumbing code that limits the hot water temp addressing the “no-scald” code. The waterfall model has this incorporated as of late summer last year and inspections are going smoothly. This is my number 1 go-to and I have never had 1 returned for a quality or customer complaint which is over 300 projects! I can’t say enough and I sell with absolute confidence. Thanks WOWKK!

Good performance…
I rate this thermostatic freestanding bathtub waterfall faucet as 4 stars because it provides good water flow for filling the tub and is attractive. I also like having the sprayer to help with cleaning the tub and I don’t perceive any difference in quality of functionality between this one and the other name branded ones.

A year after installation I had a problem with getting hot water out of the faucet. Contacted the company and they called me back the next day. Diagnosed it as a cartridge issue because of my poor quality Florida water. Sent out a replacement and I had it installed.It fixed the problem. Can’t say enough about the process. Kelly was easy to work with. Nice to find customer service is not just a childhood memory.

I LOVE this tub faucet! I still have to get used to which direction turns on the tub filler and which turns on the sprayer. This tub filler is an excellent value. It came packaged VERY well so that the finish would not become smudged. It also comes with gloves for your installer.I can control the temperature and how quickly the faucet fills the tub.We are so pleased with this that we are purchasing a 2nd faucet in another finish for our 2nd home.I have recommended this faucet to multiple people who are remodeling their bathrooms.

Only hot or cold no warm water.
I installed the faucet in a new house and the the valve doesn’t mix the water. It only dispenses super hot or super cold water.

UPDATE: Changed to a 5 star! We love this faucet! It’s beautiful in our bathroom with our free standing tub! It was a bit difficult to install, but all worked out. Seller contacted me regarding the wobble issue and we were able to fix just by tightening the back set screws! Since we had a plumber install this faucet we were not aware of the back screws. (No longer wobbles The only complaint we have is the top is wobbly but the faucet is securely mounted on the floor, not sure about the top part if that’s supposed to be lose.)

This bath filler arrived intact, professionally packaged, and very well protected in its custom cut foam cushioning. The instructions consist of well-written English and plenty of diagrams in a short 6-page booklet. It walks you through all 14 steps of assembly and installation. The o-rings are all lubricated. The handheld is well balanced in the hand. I love how the water look leaving the faucet. It has a certain elegance to it. Overall, would recommend.
