Easy installation, looked up a YouTube tutorial to install. We loved this product so much we ordered 3 more 2 for our other 2 bathrooms and 1 for our daughter and son in law. I love the hot and cold option, especially on cold days. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect fit for the water supply line
I installed this in about 15 minutes; very easy. Didn’t connect to a hot water line by choice. It has performed very well. I particularly liked the metal fittings that connect to the home plumbing water supply line. No cheap plastic that can easily cross thread! The fit on my extra large Gerber toilet is just fine, with plenty of extra length for the water supply line to fit easily to the supply. I use a bumper on the front center of the toilet seat to make a perfect fit. No need for the side bumpers. Overall we are very pleased with this product and recommend you try it.

Check your setup before getting the hot water option
Overall, it’s okay. The materials are nice, install is easy enough, operation is easy.Some confusing things (for me). There were a lot of washers included in the box, but no mention of how or if they need to be used in the instructions. I imagine this is to be accommodating for the variety of toilets, but, a simple message saying why they’re there would be nice.That said, I had some issues due to my personal bathroom setups that others might have so here they are:- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN “INSTANT” HOT WATER HEATER the water will take a while to get warm. I ended up not using the hot water line due to how long it took. Again, not the products fault, just my personal setup.This is my first forey into the bidet thing, and so far it has just been okay. I’ve used it for what felt like a pretty long time and still had to wipe with normal BMs.Another downside with this model is that they’re isn’t a dryer, which I didn’t think about…I know, for the price, it can’t be done, but if you going to get one of these, you should probably save the money and buy one that had a dryer. While eco and healthier than TP, it’s difficult for people to get onboard with it’s use if they need to also have a drying towel or sit in the bathroom for an extended period of time to dry.

I installed this in our master bathroom. The toilet seat was a bit higher quality than most, but that meant that the bumpers supplied did not fit optimally.I sent a message to Hibbert at 8:00 pm through the Amazon app, and they responded the very next day. They were most courteous and cooperative. They sent me an accessory set of bumpers of various sizes. It arrived within three days of the contact. They work quite well.The unit works very well. The temperature is easily and accurately adjusted, and the pressure is more than sufficient, as well as easily and precisely controlled.I am very happy with the quality and value of the product, but I am most gratified by the attention and diligence of customer service, something that, unfortunately, has been in short supply these days.

Warning. this is USA pipe fittings not UK fittings – so do double check first if you wish to fit in UK and ensure it is the UK fittings. I did not see or appreciate this. I am trying to return the item but that is not easy as USA sold the product.

I purchased the Hibbent Bidet attachment for our toilet. The installation was quite simple. The hot line was easily threaded through a small hole at the vanity side. Running behind the drawer inside the cabinet and attaching to the hotwater line. Using it was very easy. There is a definite learning of the correct pressure and temperature for personal use. It may take a moment for the warm water to come through, we just run the warm basin tap for a couple of seconds. I have found using the cold isn’t too unpleasant anyway. When you sit , the only knob to turn is the center one for the pressure. You will soon find the correct position where the spray of water hits the spot! You may need to lean forward a tiny bit, moving side to side ( I’m talking minute movement) to spray further around. We haven’t used toilet paper since.i bought about 24 face clothes. We keep a small stack of facecloths ( different color than our shower ones) to wipe . There is only clean water to wipe after , if using the bidet properly. We both use a clean cloth each time , then into the bin for the next towel wash. I wish we had got it sooner., very pleased.

I have been using this bidet for five months and it has worked flawlessly. Only wished I had purchased sooner. It was easy to install. My only complaint is the bumpers. Why only three when you need four? And the bumpers were not high enough so I order height-adjustable bumpers from Luter which work perfectly.
