Great “Good Looking” stain!
I purchased the stain to use on a new deck and several ramps into storage buildings in Northern Michigan. I currently live in Florida and have used this on my boat dock and other pressure treated wood products for years. It holds up pretty well in the Florida sun, requiring pressure washing, and re-treatment every 2 years to keep looking great! I use the stain pads with a 4 foot paint pole to apply it to the wood. Then follow up with a 4 inch brush to spread out any ponded stain. It looks good and was easy to apply. I would definitely use it again; much better than Thomson’s water seal and efficacy and appearance!.

Great Product
This sealer/stain application is extremely smooth. The coverage was very good my table was very dry and it absorbed well and dried quickly. The clean up with soap and water was simple and cleaned up well. The only negative, was the packing for the shipment. The gallon can was laying on its side in the box with no plastic bag or any packing materials. I was lucky and my delivery was OK, no dents or leaks. I recommend this product to my friends.

The color on the cardboard looked nice.
I believe the color would look as good on wood as it did in the cardboard box it was shipped in. Too bad I didn’t have enough left to find out.

Hard to clean but durable
It goes on nice and the color lasts a long time. What I don’t like is that I can’t get the deck clean from dirt. It leaves stains and a cleaning with a lot of pressure using a mop is needed. And still faint mud and dirt stains remain. I liked it when i could just hose it all off completely

Easy stain
This goes on so easy. I used a sponge to do the deck floor. Just dip in a 5 gallon pail and go to it. Get to one side and then go back immediately for a second coat. On new deck boards it gives a nice rich golden tone. Shed water well. Water clean up makes the whole job easy. I will see how it holds up after a WNC mountain winter. I am very happy with this product, price and quality.
